I use the Jello-brand low fat low cal chocolate and vanilla puddings for my sweet tooths and I do the jellos as well. plus it fills you up quick. and of course you need to use 2% or skim milk when making it. :smile:

Yes Gordo I understand how weight loss goes, as I have lost over 80 lbs now. But thanks for the info. My point being....It is possible. If she is bothering yall, and you cant encourage her, get off her post. People like yall are the reason I have never posted anything regarding my own weightloss.

I have ONLY changed my diet and I have lost 13 lbs in 10 days. So at the rate I am going I am in her same shoes. No pills, and no excercise at this point. ONLY dietary changes. So YES it is possible, if fat *kitten* like me change what they are eating for the better and start drinking water. :)

NO, she said that she walks 6 days a week, throws aerobics in there too, AND she has changed the way she eats. If you are gonna be a smart a ElExGordo, please dont comment. She has done an amazing job. This is not the place for discouragement.

That is sooo AMAZING. You are beautiful. These are exactly what my before pics look like and I just hope and pray that my afters will look anywhere CLOSE to what yours do. I am in-I have only lost 5 lbs in the past few months, but it is time to get serious. I have 50 lbs to lose, so 5lbs this month would be amazing for me to start!! Count me in!!
