You can fluctuate up to 3 pounds from day to day, depending on what you eat (water content / sodium / etc) and your metabolism rate. Weekly weigh ins give you a better picture of your weight progress

Well done!

Vodka and club soda is the lowest calorie drink I know of. Light beer too.

I've been on maintenance for a few months now, and, believe it or not, I occasionally lose a pound every now and then.

If you've saved it to the My Fitness Pal database, it should turn up under the database tab when you search it. It should come up as "Homemade - whatever"

There is no such thing as FAST weight loss. FAST only guarantees you'll gain it all back. Only a change in lifestyle will work in the long term.

I,too, love my gym. I wouldn't have made half the progress I have without it. Mine, however, is only $10 a month, so it's super affordable. I think a video would get dull after a while. and I couldn't do without the weights or the elliptical.

When I went off it, I gained back the weight pretty quickly. I don't really know much of the science behind it, but, as an…

My trainer has told me that sometimes it's good to take a "vacation" from your weight loss. I just was on vacation for 10 days, I only gained 2 1/2 lbs and in 2 days I had re-lost a pound and a half. As long as you don't go too crazy, it should be alright.

Sorry dude...the elliptical is only guessing based on what info you're giving it. The HRM is connected to your body and can read a changes in t=your heart rate as well as body temp, and other readings. The good news is, no matter what the real #, your exercise is still working just as hard as it ever was.
