The body fluctuates 1 or 2 pounds a day naturally, through water weight. It could be anything. As long as your long term trends go down, I wouldn't worry about 1 or 2 pounds. Weigh yourself once a week instead of every day.

Rainbow Boas are BEAUTIFUL! But I had an Emerald and he was very hard to handle, and quick to bite. I got rid of him very quickly.

Wow! Now I'm a cat person, but when I lived in Miami i had 13 snakes at one point, including a 13 foot boa. (It cost like 300 bucks a month to feed them. The 13 footer used to eat baby chickens and rabbits) I came very close to buying a ball python last weekend. I miss my snakes a lot!

I use IMapMyRun(app) on my phone.It uses my GPS to calculate mileage and speed. I also wear a Heart Rate Monitor to calculate my calories burned.

Most exercises on MFP have the calorie counter built in. It estimates high most of the time. If your exercising at a gym, cardio machines also have a calorie counter on them, though that also estimates high. The most accurate way would to wear a heart rate monitor, which will give you a much truer calorie count.

My partner loves to make heavy in fat desserts and then pouts when I don't eat them. She's just turned 35 and she's getting a little heavy herself, but she's in a state of denial. I've bought her a membership to a gym that she doesn't use. It quietly frustrates me.

I don't eat my exercise calories either. If I workout, I may let myself go a little over my usual daily goal, but I won't eat all my exercise calories.
