I cooked it sous vide for 14 hours first, then crisped it up in my airfryer....yep!

I gain after every loss. I’ll lose 2lbs. Gain 3 and hold there for a couple of weeks. Then when my body stops freaking out and adjusts it goes down again. So every time I post a1-2 lb loss, it’s more like a 5lb struggle. All this with no monthly visitor. It’s just how I roll. Slow. Glad to hear you are mov g in the right…

You can have wine if it fits your macros. It does hinder losses for some. I try to stay away if actively trying to lose. Plus I have flushing issues with it. I’ll hit the hard stuff instead or maybe spiked seltzer (truly is my fave brand). Keep on keepin on :)
