Hard boiled eggs are good. As are Hamburger patties you precook. Be careful with jerky you don’t make yourself. It will no doubt have sugars. Pepperoni is good. Precook some chicken breasts. Make some mayo to take with and you could have both egg and chicken salad.

why eat something you don't care for? there are so many options...surely you must be able to find things you love. eggs, bacon, burger, steak, fish, shrimp, scallops chicken, quail, duck, turkey, goose ham, pulled pork, chops, ribs, lamb, meatballs, tofu, tempeh...... now im hungry, and going to go have leftover pulled…

I have a blood glucose / ketone meter as well, and I just like testing....I like to see ketone vs glucose levels....impacts of foods on both, impact of one on the other. Some of us are just a bit geeky. :smile:
