Everyone has given you some good advice, especially rolling your foot on a pvc pipe or frozen half liter bottle of water. Here's a link to a video that I recommend for this terribly annoying injury. http://www.mobilitywod.com/2010/11/episode-77-plantar-fasciitis.html

Take Baby Steps. You've got a lifetime of bad eating habits to deal with, and you're not going to change them in a week. You don't have to make it hard on yourself, discover what works for you and learn how to eat all over.

If you know any other runners, have them watch you on the treadmill as you run, they might spot something wrong in your stride. Making some adjustments to your stride could make a big difference. Try doing sprints instead of a constant pace. 3 min run, 2 min walk for 30 minutes, I do this when I've been injured and it…

If you're already having tendon issues, stretching exercises are going to help more than trying to strengthen. Check out mobilitywod.com, it has many exercises to help increase your range of motion. You may want to look into putting KT tape, or similar on your achilles tendon while it is healing, I use it whenever my…

Like you, I was 18 when I got my wake up call. I was 260 lbs and getting heavier, I didn't have a clue how to start losing weight. Look into some dynamic stretching routines, my trainer has me do them and I work up a sweat before I even get started with my workout. They are great if you want to increase your mobility and stability. Here's a video that might give you an idea. http://youtu.be/uqWMe8Qe41M

What you've got is the dreaded side stitch, which has been the plague every runner. Luckily it's only a temporary problem, the best thing is to do slow down while running and take deep breaths. Be patient, they will go away.

Sounds like it could be a couple of things. Check the soles of your shoes, if they are worn out in the forefoot, its time for new shoes. My toes start to go numb after a couple of miles when my shoes are near the end of their life. You also might think about going a half to an inch larger on your shoes than you normally…

If you are feeling pain in the front of your leg, you might have shin splints. Check your shoes, if there is any uneven wear on either side, you might have a pronation or a leg imbalance issue which could also cause the pain. The best thing to do is not try to run through it, it might make it worse, try rest, icepacks and…
