Hi. I am looking for some support. I have been on and off ands its time to be serious! I log all of my food even the shameful days as I think its best to be honest. Anyhow tomorrow is the beginning of the month and I am ready to go! Feel free to add me☺

I am bit late but I am in! I have dogs and walk anyhow but I have been trying to increase my distance and this will motivate me. My goal is 15 miles a week so 60 for the month:)
