  • Your post is very motivating! I'm at 332 today (46 years old). A half of life ago at 23, I was at 185 and graduating from ISU in Normal, IL (your red shirt makes me think you're an ISU person). Best of luck for you and your kids.
  • mblair4185, I feel your pain and frustration. :( One thing that I find is helpful for me is to advance plan my means a few days a head of time. This way, I can either make stuff that I like at home or buy it at the right place (and price) when its convenient. Hope this helps b/c none should be miserable with their diet.
