  • I flavor my water to get it down ... I use the Mio liquid cause you can put just a little in it to give it a good flavor. I usually drink 6 to 8 cups a day. That website said I should be drinking 15 cups ... not sure I can really do that ... but I am going to increase my water intake a bit .. perhaps to 10 cups and see if…

  • @elizabethrose: My goal is to be able to do the Levels all the way through without stopping ... and then switch to the next one .. probably by Day 15 I will switch to level 2. It took till Day 5 to have the bad sore pains vanish .. my knees are killing me .. however each day they are getting better.
