Height 5'6" HW 250 LW 128 SW 240 CW 236 GW 155 if I reach this goal I will probably try to go down to 140. Will see how it goes

Wow, good for you! You are such a pretty young lady. Thanks for sharing your photos. I am just starting out and my goal seems impossible. You have inspired me to try hard to do this. You should feel very proud, keep up the good work and you will get to your goal in no time!

Bob Seeger and the silver bullet band way back in the 80's. My favorite all time band. One of the guys did a saxophone solo standing high up on one of the balconies and saxophone is my favorite instrument. It has such an amazing sound, very sexy.

I have 80+ to lose also. I was just looking at the 30 day shred an I want to start it tomorrow. Not sure how the exercise tracking works. Will have to look at it closer to figure it out. Will add you as a friend and we can cheer each other on!

1200 calories is the lowest you should go. 800 is way too low and will mess up your metabolism. Sometimes when you deprive your body too much it will go into starvation mode and will store up what ever it can. When you hit a plateau like that sometimes it is good to add calories, up to 1400 or 1500 for a few days then go…
