Well, I think the BF guidelines for women most likely include the fact that we have fatty boobs, so if you go by those guidelines, maybe don't worry about the boobs?

Some of it is mental...a few years back I lost about 80 pound and was a size 4. No matter what, I still felt fat. I wouldn't wear a bikini, was embarrassed about my body, etc. But you know what? It was all in my head. I hope next time I get down to that size again I'll be a little nicer to myself and appreciate my body.…

Just accept the fact that results will take time to really see and feel. I do okay for a few days, then a bad day, then okay again for a few days. Haven't been exercising much, either (working a lot of hours and get home late, too much to do at home, etc.). Anyway, I pulled on a pair of slacks today that I could barely fit…

You are going to have SO MANY of these days, it isn't even funny...every day that you do a little bit better than the last, is a win. Just keep at it and it'll get easier with time....but don't give up :)

Changing things up certainly helps, not necessarily exercising MORE. Maybe a different type of exercise, add in weights, do some Yoga, etc.!
