My big goal is 50lbs but my mini or realistic goal it 30 lbs. I have tried may times but always fall off the wagon. My weakness is fast-food and excuses :smile: I would love to try and help support each other

My great rate monitor says about 250 cal depending on which video I am doing. I also have to say I am doing the motified "easy" version since I am still healing from an injury.

I am 5'4" 177 with 40 lbs to lose. I have tried eating at different calories levels 1500, and so on and I always maintained weight or gainened. Never lost. When I did 1200 I lost when I did 1300 or 1400 I gained. So I stick with what works for me

Thanks I just added you. Also I just got my watch but I don't understand the calories. Do they count down from your daily total or something? My watch say 916 steps and 1300 calories. I know I didn't burn that many calories just sitting around the house
