162lbs Portion control. Quit bread. Do not miss the bloat. Have been known to occasionally sniff a bit of someone else's toast.

Just popping my head in here to say good luck to all you ladies (and maybe gents), know that it can be done. Enjoy the journey.

Anyone can feel free to add me - I've lost 110lbs so far and have at least another 70 to go  I still remember very well what it felt like in the beginning with so much to lose and it can be overwhelming but it can be done, just keep chipping away those lbs.

Adding :) Also in the UK and around often if you ever need a chat. I'm down 110lbs so far and have at least another 70 to go

Sales are your best friend when you're still on the road to your goal weight/size. I'm spending as little as possible at the moment because nothing fits for very long at all - some shopping still required though to avoid looking like a slob. You should go for it, even almost fitting into a new size in jeans can be a good…

Currently in week one of Gamma and saw fantastic results in Alpha and Beta, even following Tania probably 50% of the time. Will post results but anybody looking please bear in mind I started Alpha at 290+ Alpha - 22lbs & approx 16 inches Beta - 18lbs & approx 10 inches Any larger ladies and gents out there, don't assume…

Currently in my first week of Gamma and just planning to go for it and try Insanity once I'm done. Pretty sure my fitness level isn't where it should be to start it but I'm all about progress not perfection. I could do another round of T25 but ultimately I'm more concerned with getting bored and quitting than finding…

I was surprised because for some reason to me it seemed old fashioned - don't you know the diet industry is all about complicated point systems and syns now? Well, calorie counting disguised as such at least.

Absolutely amazing!!! Congratulations on all your success so far.

As someone who has already come half way I just wanted to say good luck everyone! Having a lot to lose is daunting but just keep chipping away and it and before you know it you're there.
-
Uhm nope. Never. Recommended serving sizes always seem itty bitty to me, but that probably has a lot to do with a past of overeating.
-
Absolutely - I've lost over 100lbs and haven't been near a gym, instead I work out at home everyday. Currently with Shaun T and T25 but I started with Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds and then went onto Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, to give you a couple of examples. It's super convenient and there are so many options…

Completely agree with what people are saying about mini-goals. For some of us the road to fit is a long one, that's why it's especially important to enjoy small victories along the way. If you stay on track and make good choices there's plenty to celebrate between starting and reaching your final goal. Good luck!

Congratulations!! You look fantastic

Right here  Maybe retro as a SNES devotee but more recently Borderlands/Bioshock addict. Also partial to one too many tv shows and a bit of crochet. Anyone welcome to add :)

Fantastic

Started at 363 :noway: , currently 276. Anyone is welcome to add

I have a glass of wine or... four most Fridays and it hasn't held me back as far as weight loss. I do plan ahead for it and log though, if it meant going way over for the day I'd skip it that week. Honest logging is key, there's no reason to completely cut it out if its just a question of weight loss and no other health…

Greek yoghurt and fruit always - will switch it out for oatmeal once the colder weather comes though
-
Fage 0% Grapes Nectarine Almond Milk Unsweetened Blueberries Fruit and yoghurt everyday, yummers.

It can be done - just take it a day or a week at a time, whatever works best for you . I find it helps not to get too hung up on the numbers, after all every little loss takes you so much closer to where you want to be! Try to find enjoyment in your journey, it's yours after all. There's plenty to feel great about…

Anyone can feel free to add me - always happy to talk to new people  and I'm active on here every day. I'm closing in on 100lbs lost but there's a lot more to go after that. Bring it on. Good luck with the journey everyone!! We got this

Wednesdays - for no other reason than that I first recorded my weight on MFP on that day, it stuck.

Guacamole almost always! So yummy. Although sometimes I eat it mashed with salt and a pinch of curry powder - eaten with eggs for breakfast. Sounds very odd but it's like the devilled eggs my granny used to make.
-
Absolutely fantastic! Congratulations on all your success - very inspiring!

Most people already said it but Leslie Sansone is just great for beginners - there are a few different ones to choose from on YouTube so you don't get bored with the same thing over and over :) That's where I started at over 350lbs and I enjoyed it, the moves are simple and its easy to keep track off even if you turn her…

Fantastic story - congratulations on all your success!

I struggled with this too, friends and family would compliment me and ask if I felt good/better and I just found it a bit awkward. In many ways yes I did feel better but when you look in the mirror and can't see it physically it's difficult to get on board with. It did happen around the 50lbs lost mark, changing out of the…

Finished this program on Monday and really enjoyed it, well maybe with the exception of those pesky level 3 jump squats :grumble: - good luck everyone!
