I'm right there with you. I went on the scale this morning actually : / Tomorrow morning I'm going to take my measurements and post them on here. Then I wil update them in 2 weeks. Is two weeks enough time to see lasting change in my body?

I don't eat the yolks because a single yolk has 10g of fat! If I make myself a whole egg in the morning, I would consume about 30% of my allowed fat in grams...and it won't even be 7 o'clock yet! Oh man, you're going ALL OUT! I wish I could do that. For now we're just eating all we can that isn't processed. All of our meals are at least 90% clean. For instance if I'm making chili, I don't bother with fresh beans that I have to soak. I don't really have time for that (I'm a tax accountant...and it's tax season)…

When I was with my then boyfriend (now husband) in my hometown for Christmas, and I got on the scale and saw a number I didn't like. I was embarassed my family had seen me get that overweight during college. I'm still trying to get toned legs...even in high school i never had toned legs, even though I was pretty skinny.

Pear all the way...I knew before I even entered my measurements. Getting these thighs under control is tough. But as much as I want to tone and shrink these thighs a little, I love my small waist, so I will always love being a pear :)
