Great start!!! I'm with you on the soda what worked for me was to replace it with coffee and sugary creamer. Not the best option but a lower calorie option by far. And eventually I'll trade it for something else. Just an idea.

I found my bath towel adds 2 pounds but like fit gal says same time place and actually clothes. I personally weigh myself before I take my shower. I've read first thing in the morning is usually best.
