Hi all, 25 yr old female 158cm (5'2) HW - 63kg (138) .....ten years ago. CW - 51kg (112 lbs) GW - 44'5kg (98 ls) ...I am Australian so generally do measurements in kilos/cm however I noticed the majority tend to use pounds/feet hence both.

I think my most dangerous 'food' is alcohol. I had never properly calorie counted before but after using MFP I realised I was drinking sometimes close to what I was eating.
