ok for myself as a rule i dont deny myself everything completely. . as I find I crave it more & am more at risk of having a binge . . i am on a calorie counting diet & if i have a day where i fancy chocolate then I have it . .i just include those calories within the calories for that day . it is ok dont beat yourself up…
