Hey guys, well I guess I've been going to the gym almost everyday . 4 days a week cardio ( interval sprints) and 3 days weight training. Then eating perfect everyday eating a calorie deficit. I eat maybe 1500 -2100 calories a day depends if I'm working hard at work or I'm off.

Thanks guys! I bought the swimsuit at Victoria Secret! and I have just changed my eating habits and been working out more.. I've actually been a vegetarian for over a year now.. but I find it sooo hard to lose anything because I was eating too many carbs to keep me full... now I fill up on veggies instead of overloading on…
