Girl I'm with ya! Why did I just eat a lean cuisine pizza for lunch, but then when I made my daycare kids thier lunch I ate friggin 10 fishsticks with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY! tomorrow is my weigh in....:( grrrr.....so not fair huh? and as i put each fishstick in my mouth, i kept thinking, amy stop, amy stop....but…

I just joined last week and I lost 4.5 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!! I am eating 1201 calories, drinking tons of water and exercising some. My main thing was not eating out, cutting back on portions, and that has helped me a lot, plus this site is amazing! Add me as a friend if you like and we can help each other along!!!!!!!!!!! YOU…
