Hello everyone! Had a crazy 6months, new job, sell of a home, move to a new city and the 40 ponds I had lost the previous year found my body again! ughhhh....so frustrated with myself, but i cant feel sorry for myself any longer. current weight:184 lbs first mini goal: to lose 18 pounds
