It's hard but it's worth it. I didn't lose a bunch of weight but I toned up and my clothes fit much better. AND it's only 20 minutes long.

Hi! I'm 41 & 5'5". A single mother of one 17 year old & I've lost 15lb with mfp. I've got another 10 - 15 to go but have been stuck at the same weight for awhile now. Of course I know what I should be doing but getting there isn't always easy. Always looking for new friends.
