Level 2, Day 1 DONE!! I liked it WAY better than level one! Maybe because I was tired of level one, or maybe b/c I hated the cardio in level one. But, I am re-energized with starting on level two! 1/3rd of the way done!! YAY!!!!! :) Oh, and my shoulders are not sore.....yet. I just finished a few minutes ago.

Finished Level 1 today. Looking forward to getting into level 2 tomorrow. I'm going to make sure I do it while my son is sleeping so he doesn't crawl all over me. :) I did measure myself today. I have lost an inch off my waist in the last 10 days!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 9, Level 1---Done. Going to do one more day of level 1, then move to level 2. I don't feel like I did great today b/c my kids would not stop crawling on top of me. Kinda hard to do a push-up with a 2 year old on your back!!

I'm feeling that way too. Kinda getting a little old, but I don't think I'm ready for level 2 just yet. I am for sure doing better than I was on Sunday, but not ready to move up yet. Maybe 4-5 more days and I'll be ready!

DONE with day 3. I was surprised that it was easier! I really DO NOT like those butt kicks!! UG!! I was able to do week 3 day 1 of C25K too. Here's hoping I will feel good tomorrow. How many in this thread are doing the C25K with the 30DS? I need to get my kid in bed and get my feet up!! :) Thanks for the accountability.

I work part-time so I will try and do this the days that I don't work. Last night it was after 7:00 by the time I got home. Got kids in bed by 8:00 and did the video. It was just too much to start on the treadmill at 8:45! I was beat. I am very sore today. I am thinking I will hold off and get back on the treadmill…

WOW! Day 2 was rough! I really planned on getting on the treadmill after to do Week 3 Day 1 of C25K, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. I'm guessing it will get easier in a few days???
