Ah I have those days. You know you're the same as you were 24and hours earlier, but yeah you don't feel like such a hottie anymore. I think it's just mood, whether or not you exercised yet, stress, etc. It's a mystery; probably more often to women.

The number of calories you burn probably isn't accurate and the most accurate way is of course a heart rate monitor. Add some wright training if you haven't already.

Sure you can! But if you're anything like me the other thigh and butt check isn't going to fit. I have a medium frame and baby making hips lol. They just won't go over the hips no matter how much I lost. I wouldn't look good st a size 2 anyways.

If I feel like I can make it better at home I don't chose it. Go for stuff that is especially good or unique to that buffet. Not too much sweet and sour postmaster type stuff. It's usually a morsel of meat in a breaded shell.

I had a body media fit which is essentially the same thing but a cheaper subscription. I used mfp to log and just filled in the calorie number on the media fit website at the end of the day when I charged it.

I make homemade mac and cheese from scratch and you can sub ingredients to make it lower calorie. Even if you don't it's still better for you, tastes better and more filling.
