I've thought about it, but I noticed before while doing pull ups that if it's less than a minute it doesn't keep it in the data files.

During strength training I keep it with my ear buds in a camera case. I need to focus lol. During cardio I keep it on the little shelf of the stair master (gotta work the booty). There are wireless head phones you can look into. My friend got some abd they're a little pricey, but he loves them.

I started meds in july of last year and lost about 25 pounds by november. I had my dose adjusted a few times too.

I think it's awesome to see people trying to improve. People are usually too occupied with their own workouts to pay attention and if they're not they should be.

I prefer the metal ones and I think they stay cold longer. Use a baby bottle brush to wash it.

I did a cheerio and salad thing for a couple weeks. I felt like crap, lost 10him lbs and then gained it back the first time I looked at a cheeseburger.

Eat more than slim fast and soup. Research some exercise. A lot of people recommend new rules of weight lifting for women. Another good book is the womens health big book of exercises. Weight training and eating right makes a world of difference.

Forget about them! Find the right weight for you, perfect your form (squats on the Swiss ball are good to make a good habit of good form forit squats), and if you're not sure how to do an exetcise then look it up on youtube. Don't give up on weights.

Medium frame, 135 was my original goal. I hit that and now it's 125-127. Those last few pounds are annoying and girl scout cookie season...yikes.

Fitbits measure movement and other stuff while a hrm only monitors heart rate. The hrm will count from the time ypu press start to when you stop it. The fitbit can't differentiate between exercise as well.
