Hey ladies I was wondering, what does everyone like to pole to? My current favorite pole song is "This is what Rock and Roll Looks Like" by Porcelain Black.
It is such an energetic bad *kitten* song!!
I also just wanted to start a new topic since the group is a bit quiet these last couple weeks!

    My pole playlist is upto about 15hrs worth of songs haha I love music & I love pole! My all time favourite is something by a mate's band so I doubt anyone would know it but my other faves are:

    I go through stages of CDs that I listen to while practising pole... the three main ones are:

    Bon Jovi's greatest hits!
    Flashdance the soundtrack
    and the most recent one is the soundtrack to Baz Lurhman's Romeo and Juliet, the first song on the album #1 Crush by Garbage is the perfect song to start with I think! :)

    But yeah anything cheesy and with a good beat works for me!
