I just eat throughout the day, not specifically any meals... just keep w/in the calorie count and i am fine. Is that bad?

I have a habit of going to the website of fast food places before going there, then I know upfront what to order and the calories, often time sites offer meal suggestions and have the calories figured out for you! Good job!

I had hired a personal trainer for about 4 months (December - April). I got a good deal because my friend and I did the training together, so we paid $15 a session each. I normally weigh myself before I get in the shower each morning. Today I had a Dr's appointment and I weighed in fully clothed, this added 6lbs to my weight from this morning!!! I was not happy. I am sure our scales could be different too. I am just wondering how everyone else counts their weight, with or without clothes…

Going for a walk with your baby is good exercise. Just find little things to do that will increase your energy and you will feel like exercising more. Don't give up!!
