  • I had a pea and a leaf of spinach every hour, on the hour. And rubbed peanut butter on my skin like lotion :)

  • I cheat with protein :) it may not be as sweet to others but I don't eat much sugar anyway so it's perfect but I eat Clif bars. My favorite flavor is white chocolate macadamia nut :)
  • It actually is possible to lose inches when you work on your muscles in your chest (like push-up kinda exercises) but it'll only work on the surrounding "extra baggage" but as far as your breasts and their size, I don't think much will change.
  • Congratulations!!!!!! I don't know you but I am VERYY proud of you!!! I have jeans I got a year ago and they are size 9s and I'm still kind of far from that (size 16 now) but I plan on getting there!!
  • I have a horrible gym addiction. It's almost an obsession. I feel more comfortable at the gym than I do at a mall or somewhere else public. The first day, I said to myself "fitness heaven!!" as I walked through the door and scanned my card.
  • Weighing in is definitely a bad habit for me. I do believe I am obsessed so I'm actually really glad you don't do it too often. When I wake up, before AND after anything comes in or goes out, and before bed is when I weigh in. Please dont pick up this habit. It'll drive you crazy.
