  • Korma is my fave but SO high in calories! I now have tandori chicken with a green salad and mint sauce and chutney - a couple of popadums (if i have cals) i havent had for a while but this is the lowest of all indian foods! and it really is yummy and doesn't leave you feeling so mega bloated and full after.   • i sometimes drink No added sugar Robinsons Apple and Blackcurrant and NEVER log it as i don't drinmk it strong enough really and the bottle seems to last me ages. good Luck
