Thank you mehmig, I'll log it as circuit training. I think as long as you don't have longer than 1 days rest, you will still get the benefits from it, especially if you are eating well and within your calorie goal. (I have hone over this weekend-but as ling as I'm logging I'm on the right track) Keep up the good work! X

How do you log 30 day shred on here? it's not on the database. do i log it individually? like jumping jacks 2 mins sit ups 2 mins etc?

ok you have all sold it to me! i'm going to order 30 Day Shred!! hopefully it will arrive tomorrow and i can get my bottom in gear! as i can do the DVD at home when i have no time for the Gym and do both when i know i am going out at the weekends etc! x

After so many people talking about this 30 day shred, i looked in to it. now which one do i get?! lol the 30 day shred? or the one that blasts tummy fat as this is my main area that i need to work on, as i do spinning and am currently training for my 5k Race for Life in July. that is such a good idea! I'm going to try that this week at some point! I usually use pitta bread split in 2 then tomato puré then semi cooked chicken and parma ham with mozzerella cheese on top and put n the oven for about 10 mins or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

I have noticed that when i log that i have unfortunately gained weight and then lost it again it doesn't take it off the ticker until you have got back to the weight you gained in the 1st place. Good luck x

if you can help it don't eat back your excercise calories! eat filling foods and eat within an hour after exercising as your metabolsim is working faster then. good luck! you could still lose a few lbs in 5 days!

I think you should eat within your targets but protein isn't that for you. but if you are concerned eat lean meats like chicken and fillet steak rather than pork, lamb and other steaks - unless you cut the fat off. what is 8 cups? I try and drink 2 litres of water a day mostly it's roughly 1.5 litres though. I'm in the UK.

i weigh myself about 5 times a day! it's a terrible habit! otherwise i normally do it in the morning as i weigh less. You could pick day, and weigh yourslef at the same time every week on that day in the morning, before you run. As soon as you wake up (after you been for a wee). Good luck V x
