Just want to say that I went Paleo a few weeks ago and I disagree with the comment that people who do it are doing it because "that's what our ancestors ate thousands of years ago". I'm 100% in agreement with CallmeBAM. And do NOT listen to anyone who tells you to eat fewer calories and exercise more. That is ridiculous and a recipe for failure. Really. Raise your fat intake to above 70 grams a day (GOOD fat only, avocados, olive oil, coconut milk, some nuts). Raise your protein intake (EAT MEAT,…
