Don't be disappointed... Next week you may lose 3 or 4 lbs. As long as your averaging 1 1/2 to 2 lbs a week it's healthy due to body fluctuations.

Good job. you did better than me. I have it and looked at it, but I get really bored if its all circuit training type exercises. I much prefer cardio workouts they seem to hold my interest better. I may have to break down and actually do it.

I am also on 1200 calories a day and try to burn at least 200 a day exercising. I don't eat my exercise calories, but on Saturday (my weigh day) I will typically allow myself 1500 calories. I have lost ten pounds in five weeks so far and really don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. I think it becomes a state of mind.

I try to stick to primarily protein and veggies for breakfast... I don't like to eat carbs for breakfast as it always seems to increase my appetite the rest of the day. I'm a huge fan of chicken breast. It's a lean protein source and very versatile. I'll cook up five or six at a time with paprika and garlic, slice in half and keep in the fridge. You can take one with a couple lettuce leaves, slice tomato, etc. and make a healthy, low carb wrap.
