i just love food! I use my favourite recipes and add healthy alternatives. Chicken for lamb, yoghurt for cream, olive oil instead of butter for example.

I make mine half and half and cook slowly in the microwave. Usually no sugar but sometimes I add a small spoon of dark brown sugar. Add a banana or a few sultanas or blueberries to add sweetness. If you really need sweet, use a low calorie sweetener

I weigh my food, calculate in my fitness pal and make healthier calculations. I am walking more so I can eat a bit more! and not having 2nd helpings. If I want a pizza I just adjust my daily allowance,and have lower calorie meals during the day. i have a chocolate every night.
