I just ordered my discs any waiting on them to arrive. I would really like to start the meal plan portion now. Would anyone be willing to email me the meal plan? Thanks!

I just bought the discs for my husband and myself and am anxiously awaiting! Cannot wait to start this! I love yoga and the idea behind this. It helps that DDP is hands-down one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet!
