Try Sara Lee low sodium deli Turkey breast it is 180 mg of sodium for 1 oz vs 500 mg. It tastes great, another option is to bake your own turkey breast. Protein powder in a morning smoothie can help also.

I would go to the doctor. I thought I might have a spur and the doc told me I had plantar fasciitis. I had to rest until it got better, I have incorporated some stretches prior to my work out and it helped. Hope you get some answers and get your pain resolved.

honestly I think you need more sleep. When I do not get enough sleep I crave the carbs something terrible. Of course try to eat healthy snack but get some rest.

it is tough the commercial out there appeal to our kids. there are a lot of healthy tasty snacks, veggies, fruits (strawberries with light whipped topping) yogurt, cheese sticks (low fat), mini-bagels with a little cream cheese. Make sure you follow the instructions that came with it. Once the tab is pulled off you have to program it to your weight and age.....I am so technologically challenged. I figured it out with some help from my husband. I love it....I am burning way more calories than I originally thought. Hope this helps....

I saw on Dr Oz one day that he put an avocado and two cups milk and some honey in a blender and made a smoothie with it. Looked pretty good. I sometimes put it in my morning smoothie with blueberries. It gives it a very smooth and creamy consistency. Hope this helps.

Try making a smoothie. 1 cup FF vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen wild blueberries, 1 cup milk. It comes in around 300 calories and sticks with you all morning. You can make it the night before and keep it in the fridge. You can change up and add different berries, fruits and even avocado. Super easy and tastes great.
