Shoot if it were not for my husband's braiding skills my daughter's hair would never be braided. He can french braid too.

I do not count it, I have found that if I do not drink the water I need I have a harder time working out. Coffee and tea will make you get rid of water. So I would say don't count it.

We grill asparagus. I also purchased a grill pan and grill zucchini and yellow squash. I just dice them and spray them with some olive oil spray and sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese. You can grill peaches, slice them in half and spray them with no stick spray. They need to be kind of firm not too ripe.

I have a Polar f6 and it is great. the body strap is adjustable. It really does help me keep track of calories burned. It is whole lot better than guessing.

If you have nice legs, I think it is hot. I love kilts.

I have that problem too. It seems that exercise tends to get things moving in the intestines. My son says let it loose nobody will ever know. : }

Congrats on your weight loss. You are very inspiring. I have lost 60 lbs I have been back sliding lately but you have inspired me to get off my butt and get back to it. Oh yeah, Happy Birthday mine in on 3/19.

I also wonder what I looking like running but I just do it. I think it is so inspiring to see anyone running. Just remember you may never know who will inspire.

I have been extremely busy lately too. I was feeling so tired, I decided to workout only 4 days that week and take the weekend off. It made the biggest difference in how I felt and I also started losing weight again. When I workout on Mondays I feel so energized and ready to go. Rest is important too.

Thanks for the post, I just broke through a plateau and I did incorporate more strength training into my program. I am now on my way to my next goal.

I feel like that as parents it is our job to lead and guide our children in the way that they should go. Sometimes parents do not know how to eat healthy themselves, I grew up in that environment. I think it is really sad, I can only imagine what that child goes through in school with how mean children are these days.

I looked this up on the internet to see how I could treat this at home also. This is what I did: 1] found some really good shoes that have a lot of cushion in them. 2] put the Dr Scholls insoles in them. 3]found some good stretches and exercises to help stretch out my foot. I still have some pain but not at much as before.…

I have lost 55 lbs and mine are slowly disappearing. I love the Body by Victoria bra. It really helps to put them back where they belong. Congrats on your weight loss.

I know where I live they offer a healthier option of steamed chicken and shrimp with vegetables with white rice and sauce on the side. Maybe you can special order something that is steamed and not fried.

There are lots of days when I do not want to exercise and I am really tired. I am a Mom of two teenagers and I work full-time. Exercise when you get home even when you are tired, you will feel better afterwards.

There are many breakfast smoothies that you can make and put in the fridge for the next morning. Use greek yougurt with milk and frozen berries. You can mix in baby spinach with blueberries and can not even taste the spinach. I have even mixed in avocado. The options are endless, it is what you like and trying some things…

I know that I retain a lot of water before that time of the month. i have heard of some people putting on more than that. I would yes it is normal.

I have this cookbook and it is great. The onion rings are amazing, my teenagers even love them.

Rocco Dispirito has a recipe for onion rings made with Panko breadcrumbs and they are baked, I wonder if you could do the same with the green beans. Just a thought....

I would go to a gastroenterologist. I take Benefiber three times a day and it really helps. Hope you get some answers that is just plain miserable to feel like that.
