I love squash especially since it is that time of year for fresh veggies. I wash and slice them, put them on aluminum foil prepped with a tiny bit of olive oil. Give up the regular soda, they are pure sugar.....I personally like diet soda but I only have them once in awhile. You need to drink plenty of water, a slice of lemon in the bottom of your glass of water is really tasty too.

Switch it up and do upper body the next day or just walk.. Then work yourself into squats slowly, when I first started I could not do a squat now I can do a whole Jillian Michaels workout without it bothering my legs. Do not sit still you will get stiff. Keep it up...

If you have a Wii, Wii Active is a good workout. I also enjoy the Jillian Michaels work outs 30 day shred and a couple of others. You can rent workout DVD's and try them to see if you will like them. You can find the reasonably priced on Amazon.com.

Chobani has more protein, a lot more protein, 18 grams versus 3 in Dannon. I like to mix plain greek yogurt with berries. It is very tasty. I think Chobani is healthier

love love love avocados the good outweighs the bad. I make guacamole with some fresh salsa from the store, garlic powder and onion powder. I spread it on a turkey sandwich. It is wonderful.

Benefiber and more water.....you can take it three times a day every day to keep things moving along. I mix it in my coffee and milk at meal times. They have some chewable tabs for when you are not at home. Hope this helps.

That is how I got started jogging. I never thought of myself as a jogger before. I was more of a walker. I built up to it. I would walk for 4 minutes then jog for a minute until i had built up to just jogging.

I used to have this problem a trainer told me to eat more bananas and get plenty of calcium. He said I could be deficient in potassium or calcium. I have not had a problem since. Good Luck, hope it works for you.
