Sandwich's

I usually bring a turkey sandwich to work but can't eat it dry. I don't use mayo anymore and can't stand the taste of mustard. Any suggestions what I can use that is healthy?

Kraft Mayo with olive oil reduced fat, is not too bad. I have the cracked pepper. Serving size 1 Tbsp, cals 45, cals from fat 35, sat fat 0, trans fat 0,0

Sundried tomato salad dressing. Or Diana sauce. mmmmm..0

I agree about the tomato!0

Ken's Lite Northern Italian Dressing. 45 calories. Just use enough to make the bread not as dry. Also pickles are great on sandwiches. I also use light Miracle Whip. 20 calories for a Tbsp which is all you need. I hate dry bread as well.0

Mix fat free sour cream with a tablespoon of dijon mustard and - if you're brave - a dot of horseradish. Best spread for a sandwich I've had which is fat free - and packed with flavor. The dijon mustard is light too so your sandwich won't be overpowered. Worst case, you can try Nayonnaise - not my first choice - but it's an option. It's a soy based mayonnaise you can usually find at Whole Foods.0

I don't know if you gave up mayo because of calories/fat, but one tablespoon of Hellaman's (or Best Foods if you are out west) light mayo is only 35 calories.0 -
Philadelphia light with garlic and herb or chilli or chives i use these instead of butter they give your sandwich a much more interesting taste0

I love the Laughing Cow on a sandwich as well. Very tasty with turkey!0 -
Good Hummus goes along way. My new favorite is Spinach Artichoke Hummus. I think it's 60 calories per OZ and I use about 2/3 of it on my Flat Out Pizza the other night and OMG it was yummy.
Laughing Cow Lite Queso is also good.0 -
miracle whip light is good. I haven't totally cut out the 'bad' things for me - I just significantly reduced them. I can't sacrafice flavor - just can't do it. I bought calorie free mayo once and tossed out the whole jar (at $6/jar) it was SO GROSS. That day I decided I am going to stick with what I like - in moderation. I also pump up the flavor with onions - but I LOVE onions0
