I would really like to be able to write to friends who are going thru the same goal that I am trying to do.. my doctor would like to lose 40 pounds before the lap band.. I can't seem to even lose 5 pounds.. Hopefully we can be friends.. thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Good Luck t to you ....Maria
