  • i would get an appetite suppressant and if you dont want to do that drink two full glasses of water each time before you eat and you will feel full a lot quicker. go for the healthier choices of course but the water will really help.
  • def. do it with cardio as well even if its only jogging an extra mile afterwards. not only will it help with muscle soreness it will also give you that extra bump you need to lose some serious weight :)
