the best i can do is make a double serving at supper, and have half for lunch the next day. not disciplined enough to plan/shop/cook for a whole week.

what does NSV mean?

i have a hard time getting from breakfast to lunch w/out snacking,, no matter what i have.. tdoay, tried a kashi dark chocolate cookie w/ light smear of p. butter. and a splash of choc milk.. and made to 10:45 or so and then had a clem..

do it,.. lose the weight, get the tummy tuck and dump him. it's not his phyiscality, but mentality,, it's controlling,, you'll be, all your life,, trying to boost him up.. an exhausting way to live.
