Im 230+ and i sprint, jog, and walk. I have not done a fit test yet, i rotate between plyo circuit, power resistance, and pure cardio, in between those i go for long jogs and walks 10-12 miles, and I also do lifting, Today was my pure cardio day but i may change to fit test and post results. I got back from the gym so now i rest a bit then its Plyometric circuit :sad: , lvl 1 drills down, ski abs, IN !!!!!!!, OUT!!!!, IN!!!! :sad: . Come up come up into jabs :smokin: its done, 40 mins of pain and then pleasure :flowerforyou:

Just keep going, however dont injure yourself. I honestly dont do it all the way as yet however i do the 3 top work outs per week mixed with walking or running on my rest day once i loose more and get fitter i will smash through and so will u. I have improved already JUST DONT GO BACK TO SQUARE 1

Im just starting up insanity, i do it on and off mixed with endurance, i find it hard to follow to a T, because of my weight, and as wifeymou said it can be harsh on the calves, however its less painful as i am getting fitter. :drinker:
