Sorry to hear that Get at it once your better, unlucky to have that doing insanity too.
-
I have been putting off month 2 work out recycling month 1, I don't want to hit month 2 yet until I feel I am ready. I don't want to start it and not give all, I always try to give everything doing insanity.
-
Well I am doing both but slowed down a bit as my immune system is taking a beating it seems and energy level low. I personally believe jogging will help your insanity endurance wise and insanity will help improve your stride and speed for jogging. The 2 work well. You can burn yourself out so be careful. .

:drinker:  from your exercise logs u deserve a break mate just make sure you continue.

I am still here despite getting a flu and my hay fever kicking off, I have improved a lot and can now almost go through the whole warm up without breaking. Any 1 here can go through it without stopping but had problems before like to catch your breath and a bit of pain relief. Be honest.

Get yourself some gel insoles for work and also your shoes for doing training trust me :flowerforyou:

Yeah get a HRM, it really helps. Buy a good 1 though, I bought a cheap 1 and have to do a manual calculation sometimes, as the censor only picks up cals burn on immediate check.

. Good luck with your surgery and I hope you recover well. My opinion is this, you seem quite fit and light in weight continue where you left off or restart week 3.

Nice Great Job.

I definitely believe power and resistance is hardest. Anyhow i have been trying to use my HRM more precisely by stopping at at the stretching and water breaks. :

Yeah I dont stick with insanity strictly, but i do the major work outs weekly at least 3 times a week i skip the cardio recovery and fit test but did 1 recently for accountability. As for Biceps i did some today, along with back workout, and elliptical. I want to make the insanity a permanent routine (Month 1 at least) as…
-
Welcome  . As for weekly check don't know if it applies to me being unorthodox with the workout. But its been a great week Power Resistance kick my butt yesterday.
-
How much you weigh?
-
I have not used mfps insanity data base, but used my HRM, i used to estimate my burns which was way under. Also my HRM is off by 50 cals did a test today against very good machine.
