On 10/25/11 I could do no more at 11.5 minutes, 225 crunches.

I had a similar problem and my doc recommended Vitamin B. I now take a vitamin b-complex twice a day and can actually move and don't always feel like passing out. Hope this helps a little.

Watching Biggest Loser eating an entire big bag of Candy Corn. I realized that I could not be that way anymore. That was February 24th, 2011, February 25th I started MFP. Haven't looked back. 78 pounds and 4 dress sizes later I will never go back. Still have half to go but better then nothing!

This has been an avsolutely wonderful experience. Lots of hard work, have met tons of new people. I now understand that my body is capable of doing way more then I thought possible. I used to have the same problem. I now snack through most of the day. Grapes are my best friend right now along with water.

Welcome! I have lived in Oregon my whole life. We go for walks and hikes rain or shine most the time. If it is raining too bad I workout inside my house. I find I prefer walking in the rain over the heat.

I don't know where you are located. But if it is not for working out I love Lane Bryant's Bras. Most the time you can get them buy one get one half off and they are like 30-40. It is a little less especially if you can find the sale.

I did the challenges today plus my water and am under calories! Won't be on much tomorrow. I am going to be gone most the day tomorrow. A whole day of car washing. It is a good calorie burn. Have a great day!
