It's already been said many times but the only words I can come up with are: wow and congratulations - you have every reason to be proud; People say we only get one body. I think you've just proven us all wrong.

Sorry - I wasn't clear. Weight to height ratio - meaning his weight is in the 90th in relationship to his height. He's short but he's more than chunky. Kid's got some pretty worrisome fat rolls and cellulite on his stomach. Lord, please do not let him take off his shirt for any reason while at school next year! I try…

Again - he's with dad during the week. Extra curriculars are out of my hands and dad lives 25 minutes away; too long and too far to manage extras on my own time (not that I have any). He's not inactive... I think we all probably put on a little extra in the colder months as well so some will naturally fall over over…

You said she has done this to others, including co-workers. Which says to me that its not personal and she probably does think it's funny (and not in a mean way but really a ha ha! funny). Which also tells me no one has taken her in hand and had that hard conversation with her and tried to explain to her why it's not funny…

We aren't perfectly symmetrical; it's not uncommon for one side to be bulkier than the other in some fashion or another. But then, when you have AS much butt as I do...... I'd be happy to give some away?

Depends on the causes. Are you on any kind of birth control? Did you change it recently or just start? Did you change soap, perfume or lotion? Are you near your period? Is pregnancy a possibility? There's a ton of possible causes and the solutions are based more on the cause than the problem itself. But, for general…

I say look at your ticker and see how close you are to your goal. :-) That's amazing!!

OMG! I hate that too! Not enough to want to kill over it.. but it's pretty irritating! My bf says something is a "delicatessen" all the time adn I finally started correcting him with "delicacy". I think he just kept associating it with the movie and therefore stuck in his head that way; but it does drive me nuts. Oh, and…
-
Yep - the mouth noises for me too. Makes me want to hit the person that's doing it. No really.... it hits that "KILL IT!" nerve every single time - you know, the same one that goes off when you can hear the mosquito buzzing around your head at night but can't see it to squish it? The worst part is that my 8 year old is an…

Disney & Pixar? Dude.. have you ever actually sat down and paid attention to Bugs Bunny???? Whew.. Some serious groping, violence and sexual innuendo in those cartoons. Bring it Warners! (I do NOT have any cool little emotes... but imagine mine have one cross dressed and the other "wooing" with a gun on the side)

I was wondering about that too. I have 1/2 scoop in my coffee now and I'll wait a few hours; if it's an all clear, I might have the other half later. Depends on how I feel generally throughout the day. Right now, it's just a supplement so I don't really need extreme amounts of protein.
-
I got it at Target. It's probably a cheap brand since I know almost nothing about the stuff... Pure Protein..?

TG: Oh, we're going to start the war again are we? *****. :drinker:  Okay, good point. You know, if people have unpopular opinions and wish to share them, fine.. whatever. everyone's entitled. Expect some flak from it though and also expect there will be a minority that agree and those will be good people…

PWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! OMG..okay, so sending you a friend rqst! LOL And on the more serious note, esp. since someone said they notice a diff. - I have SUPER UBER sensitive skin and cannot use lotion on my legs... at all. Even if I haven't shaved for a month. It burns. :-( BUT I want the supple silky.... and I HATE baby oil. It…

Clean: Those are cute and harmless and funny... Cutting people down and undermining their confidence or personal life isn't. At least, not last I looked when I checked the joke book of life. Last I heard, that fell under the category of bullying. :grumble: :noway:

The boobies and booties one was - and it was shut, locked and dismantled. the one we all got on with about this being a dating site (you know, the really long one.. with the ''ho club" comment) the OP said it was an April Fool's post (I don't know if I buy it, but whatev) and then someone else posted on one of BigBeaver's…

Hmm. Well.. wait... didn't keys get tapped to post this? Which would imply you're not at a gym or park and you ARE on a computer.... and no one came to you with this, you came to this thread. So... you were left alone. I'm confused. :indifferent:

YEP YEP YEP.... **nods emphatically**

It does. I"m a grad student and guess waht I do ALL DAY? I sit. at my computer. at home. And I'm exausted every single day (I work 12-14 hours a day). No energy and no time for work-outs lately. BUT, being in an actual office chair has some perks. There's some great chair exercises you can do to help. And go buy some ankle…

Normal daily fluctuations. Can vary by several pounds, depending on the person. I *do* get on the scale almost every day just because I want to know what my normal daily fluxes are so I know if I really need to worry or if I'm losing real weight. Mine has roughly about a 2 lb range. If I go outside of that, I know either…

Yep and been b*tchin' since I was 13 - the glorious rights of women everywhere!!! :drinker:  :drinker: **runs around the thread flying a big red TOM banner** (the other side says "princess") :flowerforyou: LOL! Just for our adored carl and jewel - just cuz I need a little excitement in my life. edited for…

Cinnamon Graham crackers (2 crackers for about 120 - depending on brand) Rold Gold Honey Wheat Braided Twists - 8 for 110 cals Yoplait dessert yogurts (kewi lime, coffee, chocolate mousse, cherry jubilee, etc - they're all yummy - and healthy!) Any fruit - banana & honey crisp apples are my favorites. Any high quality dark…

I wanted to say potassium, but recently discovered that this has little to do with muscle aches & cramping... but there is still the relationship with lactic acid. You could be releasing alot of toxins and using tendons that you're not accustomed to. Keep in mind bulky muscle and lean muscles are different kinds of fibers…
-
yeah, I thought they would be too... there's just nothing to them though. they're carbs and fructose. I don't think fiber even shows up with them. :-( I'm sure a much better choice than a couple of cookies if you're looking for something sweet; better for oatmeal than sugar, etc - but other than stuff like that, they don't…

DO NOT GO TO BALLY's. I repeat: DO NOT GO TO BALLY's. If you *ever* decide to leave, even if your contract is up - and yes, they make you sign a contract - they will hound the ever lovin' crap out of you, send you to collections who will then pass you around for 30 years even AFTER you go to court and show that they have…

I have my diary set up in time slots rather than meals: 6a-9a, 9a-noon, noon-3pm, etc. Sometimes I sleep really late and don't get in my first meal until 1 pm. Sometimes I get up really early and eat at 5:30 or 6 a.m. I don't usually eat after midnight though and it depends on my calorie count on which day I put it on.…

Oh yeah.. and keep in mind, our bodies are getting ready to go through alot of work and alot of loss in fluids and whatnot (I'm not going to get too graphic here.. you all know what I mean!). Make sure to keep up that iron, calcium & potassium ladies. I don't think it hurts us at all to have those extra cals for a couple…

Yoplait Whips! chocolate mousse. Best solution ever. And yes - and believe it or not, there's a reason we crave chocolate! Dark is best - and it helps the function of your blood vessels which is part of what causes our tom-related discomforts. So, chocolate away. :)
-
I still go with sugar. It's natural, no chemical production necessary and it's non-carcinogenic. 24 calories of sugar is worth knowing what I'm eating in my mind. I do NOT trust all those fake sweeteners by any stretch. Oh and 2 tsps is about 24 cals. So do 10 jumping jacks - that should take care of it. :drinker:…

From what I've heard, for ** SOME ** people, eating more is more beneficial to their weight loss. I had to experiment ALOT to figure out what I needed to do... Let me suggest try eating back your exercise cals so that your NET is 1200. Do that for 2 weeks and see what happens. I'm NOT a huge proponent of "starvation mode"…
