The calorie counter I have says since I excercised I have *bonus* calories to consume. Isn't this counter-productive? I thought the idea was to burn more calories than you're taking in, and if you're *allowed* to take in the calories you already burned, doesn't that nullify your exercise? Please advise. :)

I LOVE SKITTLES GUM. It is addicting. Gets too soft though. And I feel full from all of the oxygen I swallow!
