MISTYMEADOWS2 - I do keep a bottle of water (20 oz) and it's measured every 2 oz (I love it) but I still don't seem to drink it enough. That's a great idea to put it in your daily schedule. I live by my calendar and would be lost without it! Thanks for the tip!

1. Not to snack while I'm at work. It's easy to sit and munch on snack's when I have down time. 2. Drink at least 60 oz of water (I know that is still not enough but I'm lucky if I get in 40 oz daily - any suggestions or tricks to get in more water would be great!)

Hello everyone! I'm 28 from Orlando and looking to lose about 40 pounds total! I work a desk job so I don't get a lot of movement throughout the day. I am currently on week 4 of Focus T25 and very proud of myself for sticking with it this long. I am on here and log everything daily. Looking forward to the next 100 days!

I agree with all of you! My goal is 40 pounds but not sure if that will happen before Christmas. I will be happy with 25 to 30! It is also my 6 month goal December 16th so this is just the extra push that I needed!

That's exactly my problem.. They had 500 different styles. How am I supposed to know which one is better than another! I know he said gel but inside should be 45 or 55. Does anyone know what that stands for? It's like under the insole inside the shoe and it's hard to get out to check them all at the store??

From dieting on and off for years, and someone telling me that I couldn't last doing it, and I decided I could and I would. I know it's not the best reason, but enough to push me into saying "your wrong I can do it!"

_XARDOZ_ I have minor issue's nothing big, a bunion (I will eventually need surgery for it) It's not BAD yet for surgery but enough to bother me when walking. I am definitely not a runner (maybe someday after my surgery) but he said it's like this amazing shoe that will help with the pain and I will never take them off.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! My doctor said he has like 28 pair of the Asics and they are amazing. I always have feet issues so that was his suggestion. I will definitely get to a store and see what they recommend for me. MelRC117 - I will defiantly check out TJ Maxx and Marshalls! Thanks!!

Thank you 365abdstillal. As I said, I appreciate everyone's feedback and suggestions! I am learning a lot now, and did not know about muscles retaining water. That is something I need to read more up on. All this is a learning experience and take all the suggestions I can get!

ZARDOZ.. Actually yes I did, if you don't like it don't post or don't read it! Simple as that. I posted this because I worked hard and wanted better results. Maybe someone else had the same thing happen and I wanted feedback, positive or negative so thank's for the negative feedback!

Yesterday was my first day of T25. It was a great workout and although I did have to follow the modifier I didn't have to stop for more than like 5 seconds to get my feet in the right place!

This was a family friend when I told her that a friend of mine was going to let me use the Insanity DVD's he has.. She said "Why would you waste your time, you can't do it anyway" Definitely made me feel horrible!!

The Lean Cuisine is my favorite, but I just got the Healthy Choice meals in a bowl which is very good in my opinion, or the Hormel Complete's (It has to be the green label ones for the lower calories). They are good (the oatmeal one is REALLY GOOD) but you don't have to keep them frozen, so I leave one at work just in case…
