I'm thinking of joining a local crossfit gym and was looking for any feedback. I know it's not going to be easy and I'm sure it will not be enjoyable but was looking for something to push me a little bit harder than just the gym. Any feedback positive or negative would be greatly appreciated.

Calories burned
This might be a stupid question but yesterday when I went to the gym I put my weight in the machine and it told me I burned 310 calories, so I got home I logged it like I normally do, then it came up with Fitbit burned 200 something calories. So then all of a sudden it said I burned 0 calories. Not sure how this all works…
