Tried the raspberry white chocolate one ... its damn tasty! About as good as a balanced snack ... 17g of carbs, 20g of protein and only 1g of sugar! Great for a boost and worth the money!

Took me a year to get into the habit of waking up at 4am to drive an hour to the gym so I could work out and then go to work. You can also use the Hip abductor machine .... push your heels firm into the foot grips, raise your butt about an inch off the seat and push the pads out for a two count and slowly let them come in for a two count. Definitely add some weight training in there. If all you do is cardio you will plateau quite quickly. Doesnt have to be anything intense or make your gym visits several hours in length. But add weight/strength training to your weekly routine will make a huge difference! Good luck!

Start doing meal prep at home ... bring food with you so that when you are hungry or craving mcdonalds you always have a healthy snack or meal close by to eat! It will help kick the cravings. Feel free to add me!

Preworkouts are way better to help get through your workout - and they are much safer than fat burners. There are tons of great pre-workouts on the market and you live in the states so you can get preworkout supplements with fat burner properties in it!
