  • i just started to go to planet fitness and using the stepper for about 45min,.. also I started to run / jog.. thou i am not very good at jogging... the idea is to keep moving. I get of one stop ahead of my usual stop which is about .9km then walk to my house.. the problem is i have not consistently done the plan i laid out…
  • Hi.. I feel the same way .. I'm not sure what to do.. Everything i eat is soo salty or too sweet.. Class is over so now I get to work out more often. but my diet really sucks. I need help also if you figure out a plan of attack let me know.
