Almost 240 down to 216 in that pic.

Coming in here because I have a sweet tooth and already went over in my calories!!!

Totally normal, especially when first paying attention to everything and monitoring. I like to weigh myself when it's convenient just to see what happened. For example, this last Saturday I weighed myself (proud of course, lost a bit of weight). I ate a single serving of measured cereal, had some coffee and then my upset…

Ran today for the first time in over a year... I just randomly decided as I pulled into my parking space at home that I was going to go for a run... then pushed myself through an extreme HIIT session just to go around the block once. Here's to many more!

If you log a run with the time you worked out on MFP, it's not supposed to double up, just be aware and record it for later review and statistics for you. At least that's how it's supposed to work... that's how it looks for me and my fitbit.

1250 calories a day, plus gym three times a week is probably not enough calories. I am currently 180lbs, I am set to eat about 1500 calories and I wear my armband which tracks my calories and adds more if necessary (ALWAYS NECESSARY). I can go to work and sit on my behind most of the day, then come home do the dishes and…

I think you'd feel a LOT happier and be way less stressed out physically and emotionally if you ditched this guy. Its hard enough taking care of yourself, but taking care of a dumb guy who uses you (while he seems to use everybody in his life) for food and attitude. You deserve a man who complements you, not guilt trips…

Do what it says and listen to it. My bodymedia fit gives me 400-500 extra calories daily, and I lose weight faster. ;) Back in the day, when I was initially on MFP, I lost over 40lbs using MFP calculations and goals. The funny thing was, near the end there, if I had a cheat day, I'd all of a sudden lose weight! I'd go to…

I wouldn't say we've evolved to eat like we do, or less of us would be so fat.
-
if it says raw, it includes the fat.

If you went the movies, you probably had some extra salt. Your body easily could simply be holding onto some h2o for that sodium excess. Relax. :)

Well, you could drink an Italian Soda and *ahem* share that cherry ")

Couldn't decide if my pic should be lying down or sitting up today, so took both routes!

HA HA Best ever!

I like the oatmeal idea, I'd add some protein powder! Now I want some!

Oooh look at my muscles!

202 at 5'6 :( Was so round faced.... man was I big!

I tried to do kickboxing class when I was super overweight (190lbs for my frame at 5 foot 6). my cardio was awful, although I could usually handle zumba. I couldn't keep up. Simply stated, my frantic attempt to jump around looked like a marshmellow being flicked around intermittently. I'd honestly suggest, if you haven't…

and make sure to stimulate muscle growth by lifting weights and minimize excessive cardio.

Just keep your calories at the goal it sets you (for gaining that weight) AND eat lots of protein/carbs! Maybe up the protein from 126, because that should be my goal while I am cutting weight.
-
No, your ACTUAL weight is what counts, its only used to figure out your calorie burn, which would be higher because you are working harder while wearing the weight vest. You don't want to add that, because it will change how it will calculate your effort!!!

Not an apple anymore! I turned from an apple into a pear too.... pear would be pretty accurate.

I never have issues with somebody bullying me XD I find that the common sense posts, or the ones that are ACCURATE in the response tend to be the ones people freak out about because they are giving us the cold hard facts.

Yoga pants are my fiances FAVORITE. I always get him excited about buying more yoga pants and I even get more slaps when I wear them!

And then because they asked and didn't like the answers, they can just come up with a new excuse for why they weren't successful! YAY!

Just had an orange for 69 calories. :) tasty orange.

If you workout that many calories that often, yes... eat extra. Focus on increasing all of your numbers evenly... although remember around workouts to eat protein and carbs (low fat whenever you eat before/after your workout). You could probably eat more healthy fats than just 38 a day though....

Your gym may have an assisted pull up/chin up machine which in my experience usually has dip bars as well. Doing it assisted will help you improve.
